Child Safety
Users of blinds should be aware of risks and hazards posed by unrestrained cords, tapes, chains and any other part of the blind that may create a loop. Young children can be strangled by such parts of blinds and the following steps should always be considered and implemented to reduce the risk of injury or worse: Ensure all cords and chains cannot be reached by children, when buying a new blind think about buying one that is inherently safe with no cords or chains, move cots, beds and furniture away form windows that contain blinds posing a risk, fasten down such cords with one of the many safety devices available. All of our blinds come as standard with such a device or there are many options to eliminate cords full stop such as remote control, soft raise rollers, wand controlled verticals, please contact us for further information
